A patient who was returning back home after an operation succumbed to her injuries subsequent to meeting with an accident.

In the accident, which occurred today evening, an ambulance carrying the deceased, Nirmala Choubisa , resident of Salumber along with her husband Shiv Shankar, son Manish and brother Kalu Ram along with the driver Bheru Lal crashed into a car at the Kevre Ki Naal. The family was returning after the operation of Nirmala at Mewar Hospital.

Nirmala had sustained a fracture and had been rushed to Udaipur three days ago for treatment, as per Kalu Ram, the brother of the deceased and one of the injured.

The injured passengers were rushed to M.B. Hospital in a car of a politician, which was passing by. Nirmala was declared dead on arrival, while the remaining passengers are being treated for their injuries.
