5 people from a family were rescued at the nick of a time from a car that suddenly caught fire last night near Mahakal Temple Road. The cause of fire is still unclear but possible short circuit is highly presumed.

According to sources, the car stopped due to technical fault and suddenly caught fire after the driver tried starting it.

The passengers including few women evacuated the car which already caught into flames. Fortunately, none of the passenger received injuries.

Fire brigade was called to control the situation.
