A 42-year-old man from Sukher area died due to drowning after he got trapped into his own fishing net. The incident occurred today afternoon at Purohit ji ka Talab, Amberi.

The deceased, Ramlal Bheel, was a plumber and had gone for fishing at the lake today. His body was found by his father in law who, according to the police, pulled it out and informed other relatives.

However, one of the close relative of Ramlal doubts the death as accident and said that he might be killed by someone. No complaint has been lodged by victim’s relative against anyone yet.

Another similar incident occurred last month when a labour at marble unit drowned in the lake while fishing.
