An Assistant Sub Inspector of Lasadia Police Station died on the spot after he was crushed by a moving train at City Railway Station. The freaking incident shook the police department of Udaipur.

The deceased Bherulal (47) died on the spot after he accidentally fell down on a railway track while attempting to step inside the Neemuch to Udaipur passenger train. The accident was so severe that Bherulal’s body was sliced in two pieces.

According to few eye witnesses, the police official was standing on platform No.1 and the train was ready to leave the platform. As soon as Bherulal tried to get inside the train, he slipped down and got stuck between the gaps. The train also started moving, crushing Bherulal.

People standing on platform raised alarm and informed the station master who immediately informed CRPF’s official Gopal Das.

A bag was found near the place which helped police identifying the deceased. A mobile phone, few documents and cash were also found from the victim which helped in contacting the family members.
