An incident of fire at a mobile phone shop in Chetak Circle was reported today morning. The fire has destroyed almost everything kept inside the shop, Chawla Mobiles including several mobile phones, batteries and accessories.

A short circuit is believed to be the cause of fire, which destroyed Rs. 15 Lac worth of goods, as reported by the owner, Harish Chawla.

According to Chawla, he got call from locals of the area that his shop was in flames. Harish informed the Fire Brigade and the Police and rushed to the spot. One vehicle of Fire Brigade responded and controlled the fire.
