A road accident at Bhatewar area led to on the spot death of a senior journalist and left 3 other injured. The injured were rushed to the MB Hospital for treatment and the deceased body is kept at mortuary for postmortem.

The mishap happened early morning today when the car carrying victim Tarushree Sharma with her husband Roopak Sharma (driving the car) and her parents was heading towards her parent’s house. As the car reached Bhatewar, near Nagda resturant, the car hit a tree in an attempt to save a Blue Bull (Neelgai) who came in front of the car, all of a sudden.

The collision of the car to the tree caused on the spot death of the victim Tarushree whereas her husband and parents sustained injuries, said police.

Tarushree Sharma was a senior journalist who had worked with a daily news paper at Udaipur for years. Besides this, she had also worked with few of the news channels previously.
