A speeding car crashed into an auto rickshaw and banged into the wall of Vidya Bhawan School today morning.

Four people who were riding in auto rickshaw received minor injuries while the car driver fled away leaving the vehicle on spot.

The accident took place today morning when a speeding car which was allegedly coming from wrong side lost its control and hit an auto rickshaw coming from front. The crash was so stern that after crashing the rickshaw, the car hit an electric poll and banged into the wall of Vidya Bhawan School.

Passengers and the auto driver who were going towards Shilpgram sustained minor injuries and released after getting treated at MB Hospital.

Car is of Maharashtra number and the driver is absconding. Ambamata Police has seized the vehicle and started investigation.
