Three people died in a freak accident that took place today at Narayanpura Toll Plaza, N.H 76 Bhinder. The mishap took place when a speeding truck lost its control and smashed two cars queued at the toll plaza to pay the toll.

The deceased Prem Kumar and Basant Kumar, residents of Jaipur died on the spot while another victim Mohan Dhakad succumbed to his injuries later during treatment at MB Hospital.

The accused truck driver fled away leaving the truck on the spot. During initial investigation, police came to know that the truck containing wheat was stolen by the driver. During his attempt to flee, he crashed the cars at toll plaza. Soon after the crash, the truck rolled over and the driver immediately fled away.

Nearly six people (all passengers in both cars) sustained multiple injuries and were rushed to nearby hospital. Police has launched massive search for the accused truck driver.
