In a peculiar accident that occurred today, a State Transport Bus smashed into an auto parts shop at Jhalara Village of Salumber injuring five people including the bus driver.

All injured have been referred to the MB Hospital, after receiving initial medical care at Jhalara.

According to sources, the bus was going to Banswara, when the driver Dishant Joshi lost control and rammed into the shop. Both, the shop owner Surajmal Jain and his wife Kamla were injured in the mishap.

Shankar Jain (46) resident of Payra village, Salumber who was one of the passengers in the Banswara bound bus has been admitted in a serious condition.

Other injured are Dishant Joshi, 26 (driver of the bus) and Kanhiya Jain, another of the commuters in the bus.
