A mother and her son got injured today afternoon in a road accident near Rajasthan Patrika office, Sunderwas. They were riding on a bike when a minibus hit them from behind.

Bheru lal Soni resident of Ghasa village, Mavli was on his way to Udaipur, with his mother Kamla Bai, to meet his in-laws. They were on motorcycle when they were hit by the minibus. After the accident, passersby informed 108 ambulance and Police Station.

As informed by the police, the driver fled away from the spot leaving his bus behind; vehical was sized and shifted to the Pratap Nagar Police Station and both the injured were rushed to the M.B Hospital.

According to the police, the mother received minor injuries while her son Bheru lal got his left leg fractured and was shifted to ward no. 16 of the hospital.

Police has registered a complaint against the driver of the bus.
