A 20-year-old unidentified youth was found dead on a footpath in Pratap Nagar area, near Madri Bridge, today morning. Police has kept the body at mortuary for identification.

Prakash Rawat, a labor and resident of the area told police that he met the boy last night at the same place and he informed me that he has received severe injuries on his ribs, when a bike hit him and after few minutes the boy went to sleep on the foot path.

“Today morning at 10 I saw him lying on the foot path, I went close to him and got to know that he was dead”, Rawat told police.
