A 33-year-old married woman, resident of Lal Magri, committed suicide by hanging herself in her room. Husband of the victim stated that her mental condition was unstable, whereas brother of the victim has suspected that she was killed by her husband.

The incident took place on 9^th April when children of Neha (name changed) found their mother hanging from ceiling fan. Hearing the cry of children, neighbors rushed to the house and pulled the woman down.

According to the statement given by victim’s husband to police, his wife was mentally unstable. However, victim’s brother denied any such charge and has alleged that she has been killed by her husband.

Police is investigating the case.
