Body of a 35-year-old woman was found on the railway track behind B.N College Ground today.

The deceased woman was identified as Laxmi Devi, resident of Kherwara. As per police, during search and investigation it was found that Laxmi Devi came to Udaipur today to meet his son who is doing B.Ed and lives in a rented room.

Victim’s husband is a teacher at government school of Kherwara. According to police, the victim was hit by train and due to severe head injuries, she died on the spot. Nothing could be said more on what circumstances she reached to the railway track, says a police official investigating the case.

A contact number and a ticket of Kherwara were found from the victim’s belongings which helped to reach her relatives.
