Additional Director General of Police, B.L Soni conducted a general inspection of the District Collectorate today, on the second day of his official tour to Udaipur. B.L Soni also went to Residency School to review the self-defense training camp for female students.

Earlier yesterday, on arriving at Udaipur, Soni, a 1988 IPS Grade Officer, observed the parade at Police Line. Thereafter, he checked different centers of the police department including ammunition center, center guard section and barracks.

Additional S.P City, Lakhman Singh informed, “Ad G.P, B.L Soni is on his annual visit to the city where he will check developments, working conditions and arrangements related to the city’s police department.”

Soni addressed the students of Residency School who were participating in the self-defense camp held by the Police Department. He encouraged the students for learning self-defense skills. Girls also demonstrated martial arts techniques during the session.

Additional S.P (Headquarter) Hanuman Prasad informed that during the visit Ad G.P went through the data and statistics of crime in the year 2013 and gave important instructions to his subordinates.
