As per senior administrative officer Prakash Rathore, any person carrying more than 3 tonnes of bajri sand will be penalized. Not only the tractor driver but the vehicle registration will also be cancelled.

“On the other hand, the lease holder of Bajri sand is also taken as an offender and his lease will be cancelled,” said Rathore.

“Department has already taken action against half a dozen of vehicles found overloaded with Bajri Sand,” Rathore informed.
