Udaipur Police reacted as the news of bomb blast at Celebration Mall spread all over, like jungle-fire. All rapid action teams, including top police officials, bomb squad and sniffer dogs team rushed to the mall at Bhuwana.

Later, it was found to be mock drill organized by department of police to confirm all security measures update in such emergency situations.

For the moment, it came out as a most shocking and unbelievable news for the city of lakes.

According to Tejraj Singh, Add. S. P., the police was informed at around 5pm that a bomb has blasted at the mall and number of fatalities has been reported. Police team rushed to the spot and conducted massive search operation.

It was a drill and everything went systematic and peacefully, says Add. S. P.

Hemant Gera, District Collector; Yaseen Pathan, ADM City; Hari Prasad Sharma, S. P.; Tejraj Singh, Add. S. P.; Rajni Dangi, Municipal Council Chairperson and all SHOs of Police Stations, including Sukher, Ambamata, Pratapnagar, Bhopalpura and Hathipol arrived at the mall.

Teams of 108 ambulance service, fire brigade and officials from CID and traffic department also took part and played their role in the drill.
