Discussing on the issue of illegal mining in Bajri, District Collector warned the Patwaris for taking action against suspects. Collector also warned that, if any of the officials is found involved in the transportation or mining of Bajri illegally, then strict action will be taken against him.

This vital announcement was made by the collector while he was addressing a meeting of various government officers held yesterday at Collectorate, Udaipur.

“We are continuously receiving information about Patwaris being involved in the illegal mining of Bajri. In future, if any such information is received then the official in question will be suspended,” said District Collector, Ashutosh Pednekar.

The District Education officer has also been ordered by the Collector to keep a close eye on every government school situated in rural areas and to deduct the wages of any teacher who is found absent on his job and to take strict action against them.

Further in the meeting, orders to control cases of Swine Flu and Malaria in the district was also given to concerned departments.
