Collector visits Kumbhalgarh, assures proper Road Network
District Collector Rohit Gupta in his visit to Kumbhalgarh Sanctuary on Saturday met the villagers of the area and paid heed to their grievances. Gupta instructed his subordinates to maintain a healthy relations with those villagers and try to provide quick solution to their problems.

During his visit to the area, Gupta was accompanied by the SDO Satya Narayan Acharya and his team. Gupta while contacting the people walked to their door steps and asked them about their problems and necessities.
Seeing the pathetic condition of the road network in the area, Gupta assured to develop a good road network there in the near future so that the they will not have to face transportation and commuting problems. Development officer was instructed to construct road network under Mahatma Gandhi Nrega Yojana with the help of Forest Department.
Gupta also asked his subordinate officers to make a list of those families that have received the Forest Rights letters under Forest Rights Act but still not have electricity connections in their houses. All identified families will be then provided Solar panels for domestic use of electricity. There are 1000 families living in the area including various villages of the Gram Panchayat Bokhada.
Latter in the evening Gupta had a Common Dialogue with the locals where he discussed various aspects of their living standards and their basic needs. On the Occasion Gupta informed the residents of the area that the Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary has been declared as National level Sanctuary by the Forest Department.
He ordered the development officer Jitendra Singh to make another proposal for community hall so that in future that can be used by the locals to organize meetings or small programs.
