The corporators of wards 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 29 and 30 made an appeal to the police department on 22nd January to divert the traffic route of travel buses from Jadav Nursery to Sevashram due to increase in recurring road mishaps in that particular area.

The corporators of wards 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 29 and 30 made an appeal to the police department on 22nd January to divert the traffic route of travel buses from Jadav Nursery to Sevashram due to increase in recurring road mishaps in that particular area.

According to the petition presented to the SP, the travel buses from past few days is taking the route from Jadav Nursery to Sevashram via Hiran Magri sector 6. This particular area is a densely populated with many schools and institutes in its premises.

Every day, hundreds of students use their vehicles after the school gets over and due to the regular incoming of vehicles on that route, the students meet with small incidents of mishaps. To avoid the occurrence of a huge incident, the corporators have made an appeal to the concerned department for the diversion.

The alternate suggested by them is for the buses to take the Jhamar Kotda route which leads to the highway.

In return, the SP has considered this appeal and will make necessary changes as suggested.

Satyanarayan Mochi (W-23), Jagdish Menaria (W-22), Praveen Marwari (W-30), Gajesh Sharma (W-25), Seema Sahu (W-24), Meera Meena (W-21), Luvdev Bagdi (W-27), Asha Bordia (W-29), along with Manish Sharma, Mahendra Chitara, Kishan Daya and Shambhu Jain signed the appeal.
