Udaipur Police have begun their City surveillance project, with the pilot being carried out at Delhi Gate Chauraha.

CCTV Cameras have been installed under the directions of the Police department on various angles at the Chauraha and the relevant authorities begun their understanding of the process.

As per the Additional SP Lakhan Singh, this is the first setup on a trial basis and more areas of the city will be integrated under this model.

Station Heads of all police stations have been given instructions to provide reports of various locations which are seen as potential high risk, so as to be considered under this model.
