District Collector Inspects Hospital and Colonies
District Collector Vikas Sitaram Bhale inspected several public places of the city, including the cleanliness and availability of resources at MB Hospital and some residential areas.
District Collector Vikas Sitaram Bhale inspected several public places of the city, including the cleanliness and availability of resources at MB Hospital and some residential areas.
Collector found many weak points in MB Hospital, including cleanliness and hygiene. He also inspected nephrology ward, operation theatre and other wards of the hospital.
Dr. D. P. Singh, Superintendent of the hospital and Dr. Mukesh Badjatiya assisted Vikas Bhale and informed him about the condition and services provided by the hospital.
Bhale noticed fungus spread on floor and wall, caused by the continuous water leakage in nephrology ward; he directed technical staff to repair the leakage. Collector also ordered white-wash on the walls of operation theaters.
In this sudden inspection of the city, Vikas Bhale also visited several residential areas of the city, early morning.
According to sources, Bhale was accompanied with Municipal Council’s officials and visited Bapu Bazar, Surajpol, Kishanpol, Khanjipeer, Jawahar Nagar road and Shivaji Nagar Slum areas.
Bhale requested all the residents of the city to help authorities to keep the city clean. He also met few families of Kalbeliya, living on the roadside. Bhale told that he will soon relocate them to government housing.
