The auction of installing amusement items in the upcoming Dusshera Diwali Fair was concluded today at Municipal Corporation’s meeting with the contractors.

The deal was finalized in Rs.11.51 Lac by a contractor. Nine people applied for the contract.

Hemlata Sharma, president of the cultural committee addressed the meeting and informed that this year the place for Fair will be less as the construction work of Underground parking has already started at Hathiwala Park.

The Fair will be held from Oct 25^th – Nov 3^rd. Several cultural programs will be conducted every evening as a part of the fair.
