Illegal encroachment moved from Gariyawas
Urban Improvement Trust (UIT) continued its drive against illegal land encroachment on fifth consecutive day where the squad freed around 15 hectares of government land worth crores, in an action implemented today at Paneriyon Ki Madri locality.
Urban Improvement Trust (UIT) continued its drive against illegal land encroachment on fifth consecutive day where the squad freed around 15 hectares of government land worth crores, in an action implemented today at Paneriyon Ki Madri locality.
The team accompanied with officials of UIT including Secretary, Ram Niwas Mehta, reached Gariyawas near Paneriyon Ki Madri earlier this morning, where they moved encroachers from government land.
According to Ram Niwas Mehta, “Team had to face protest from villagers against the drive, in which the team was attacked. A case has been filed at Hiran Magri Police Station against Kanayia Lal Menaria, for creating hindrance in administrative work.”
Mehta further added that the drive will continue for another few days.
