Udaipur, April 18, 2026 - The condition of dilapidated roads in 15 wards of Udaipur city is all set to soon improve. Road construction and repair works worth more than Rs 2.5 crore have been approved by the District Council from the fund of City MLA Tarachand Jain.
Under this project, road construction and repair will be carried out in various areas of wards 68, 64, 65, 67, 61, 36, 46, 39, 35, 29, 30, 31, 70, 9 and 1. These include areas such as Petrol Pump to Tanga Stand, Kushal Bagh, Ashok Vihar, Krishnapura, Maharashtra Bhawan, Srinagar Colony, Samta Nagar, Manoharpura, Sajjan Nagar and Neemach Kheda. After inspection, the funds were approved by the District Council.
Udaipur Nagar Nigam has started the tender process and invited tenders for these works.
