A case against two business houses was registered for alleged misconduct and breaching Law today.

 

A case against two business houses was registered for alleged misconduct and breaching Law today.

The Municipal Council Commissioner,  Satynarayan Acharya,  registered a complaint against two business houses for their alleged misconduct for law today, after giving prior warning to this effect.

According to Police, the complaint is lodged against Lotus Garments, Ashok Nagar and Topaz Tutors, Ashwani Bazar, who are alleged to have pasted their publicity banners and posters in public places (including Surajpol area).  They were warned in the recent past by the Municipal Council but to no avail.

Today, on the orders of Municial Council, the publicity posters and banners were first removed and the complaint was then lodged at Surajpol Police Station.
