Two Tehsildars on one position created a confusing situation at Udaipur Tehsildar’s office on 4^th March.

The scene occurred when the present Tehsildar Girwa Phularam Solanki soon after his transfer and before getting relieving orders went on leave; at the same time the newly appointed Thesildar Brijesh Gupta reached Udaipur to take the position. But a strange situation occurred on Friday when the Tehsildar Phoolaram Solanki was found roaming at the Collectorate premises in a confused state.

As per the information, Solanki was transferred to Jhadol village on 26^th Feb where as the Tehsildar of Jhadol, Brijesh Gupta was posted as Girwa Tehsildar. During all that, on 29^th Feb, Solanki went off on leave and on 4^th March he returned back with a stay order on his transfer orders.

On the other hand Brijesh Gupta has already taken charge as Tehsildar Girwa from 1^st March as per the orders of District Collector.

Confused Phoolaram Solanki went to ADM City O.P Bunker’s office to get the solution but Bunker asked him to meet the District Collector as collector has authority to take the required action.
