Document Verification Schedule for Allotted Residential Plots Released by Udaipur Development Authority
The first phase of document verification has already been completed on January 20, 2026
Udaipur, Jan 23, 2026: The Udaipur Development Authority has released the document verification schedule for the 1109 residential plots allotted in December 2025 for the remaining two residential schemes. The document verification procedure has already been conducted for the residential plots allotted on Dec 25, 2025 at the South Extension (Sector A) scheme, from January 2 till January 20, 2026. The document verification schedule for the other two schemes is as follows:
- Udyam Vihar: January 28 - February 2, 2026
- Nandeshwar Enclave Scheme: February 9 - February 11, 2026
The Udaipur Development Authority had conducted an e-lottery for allottment of a total 1,109 plots in three residential schemes through an e-lottery on December 25, 2025. The plots were spread through three locations in Udaipur, viz. South Extension (Sector A) in Savina Kheda, Udyam Vihar at Kaladwas (RIICO Industrial Area) and Nandeshwar Enclave Scheme near Nandeshwar lake adjoining Nohra road.
