Performance Appraisal reports of Police Stations across the State for July 2014 were declared by the Police Headquarters, Jaipur. For the third time in a row, Udaipur District took first position in overall performance measurement.

The appraisal of Police Stations across Rajasthan is being conducted by the State Police Headquarters at Jaipur and this process has commenced from May 2014. In all the three months since its inception Udaipur District Police has stood first.

Various aspects considered for performance evaluation included Preventive Actions, Implementation of Government Orders, Pending Warranties, Arrest of Absconders, Resolution of Theft cases, Resolution of cases relating to Women & Weaker Sections of the society etc. Additionally, to further optimize the evaluation process, negative points were awarded for any ACB action or cases against any Police Officer of the evaluated District.

The top three Districts of the State according to the results announced for the month of July 2014 are as follows:

Udaipur – First Position with a score of 3950.95

Bhilwara – Second Position with a score of 2388.95

Jhalawar – Third Position with a score of 2008.20

Top Five Police Stations within Udaipur District are as follows:

Hiran Magri; Salumber; Pratapnagar; Ambamata and Surajpol.
