As an initiative to control anti social activities against women in the city, Udaipur police department has started a women help desk from today at the police control room. Soon an operation will also be started in the city by the department.

S.P Ajaypal Lamba said, “The women help desk has been installed at the police control room situated at Delhi Gate area. This desk is provided with a toll free help line number (8764854787) available only for women. At the help desk, three police constables will be available for 24 hours to help women and to listen to their grievances.”

“Any women or girl having any sort of problem can contact the woman constable on the help line numbers for help and if any woman faces any worse situation then she can contact the help line numbers,” S.P appealed.
