Equipped with high end facilities and centrally air conditioned, the New Hukam Restaurant at UIT Bridge will receive guests to cater to their culinary tastes on 1^st August.

While announcing the launch, restaurant owners Anand Singh Bhati and Ansar Ahmed informed that previously the restaurant was named ‘Hukam’ but now the names is changed to ‘New Hukam’.

Addressing the press conference today, Ansar Ahmed said that New Hukam will serve both vegetarian and non vegetarian food of different cuisines like Tandoori, Chinese and Continental.

Anand Singh Bhati informed that, the cook for vegetarian food is from Uttarakhand while their cook from Jaipur specializes in catering to the taste buds of Non Vegetariams.  The kitchen is hygienic and utensils for veg food are different so the apprehensions of pure Vegetarians will be catered too, said Bhati.

The restaurant also has two different halls for birthday party, seminar, conference etc.  Parking facility is also available.
