Udaipur RIICO: Direct Allotment of Industrial Plots at Reserve Price Begins

Udaipur, May 5, 2026: RIICO is offering a tota lof 117 industrial plots at reserve prices across 4 industrial areas in Udaipur district, as a part of the 10th phase of direct allotment to beneficiaries. The allotment began on May 1, 2026 and will benefit those investors who have signed MoUs with Rising Rajasthan.

Timelines and Areas

As per Ajay Pandya, the Gen Mgr of RIICO Udaipur, the distribution of plots is as follows:

• Kaladvas (Extn): 5 plots
• Amli: 63 plots
• Sagtpura (Bhinder): 6 plots
• Shri Ram Janaki Mal Ki Tuss: 43 plots

Further, the earnest money towards these plots needs to be deposited before 6pm on May 14, 2026. If more than one application is received for one plot, lot will be drawn through an e-lottery on May 19.

The special reservations for booking these plots are:

• 2 plots for women entrepreneurs
• 1 plot for ex-servicement
• 1 plot for benchmark persons with disabilities
• 1 plot for dependents of martyred armed forces personnel​

Allotment Protocol

Plots in Shri Ram Janaki Mal ki Tuss, and Sagtpura (Bhinder) plots will be alloted at 60% of the reserve price on a 33-year lease.

After successful allotment applicants must depost 25% of the amount, after which possession and allotment letters will be issued. The remaining 75% has to be paid in 19 quarterly installments at 8.5% interest or within 120 days, sans interest.
