May 23, 2025 - The name of veteran Hindi cinema actor Salman Khan is once again in the news because of security concerns. For a long time, Salman Khan has been receiving death threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's gang. Now, according to media reports, a woman tried to enter the actor’s Galaxy Apartment in Bandra, Mumbai, yesterday, May 22, .
However, the woman, identified as Isha Chhabra (32) was arrested by Mumbai Police and is currently being questioned.
A few months ago, two bike-borne men opened fire outside the actor’s Mumbai home. After this incident, Salman’s security was tightened. The situation became more serious after the murder of his close friend and politician Baba Siddiqui. Owing to this threat, Salman was given Y-Plus security cover.
The actor has often received death threats from gangster Bishnoi’s gang. Because of this, whenever the actor is out, he is always surrounded by a convoy of security personnel. Mumbai Police is taking his security seriously and administrative police officers are also deployed for his protection.
Meanwhile, as per reports, the hearing of all cases related to Salman in the 26-year-old Blackbuck case will take place on July 28. The Rajasthan government has filed a leave-to-appeal in the High Court.
