A case of theft has been reported at Kishanpol area on 15 Oct, approximately 1kg Sliver ornaments, few gold jewelry and Rs. 5000 cash has been stolen from the house of Heeralal Meena.

According to Surajpol Police, Kishanlal, his wife Leela and son Rupa Meena were not at home when the incident occurred. All three are daily wagers and do odd jobs in the city.

Though, the family is financially weak but had ancestral ornaments, including two silver kada weighing 1kg, a pair of gold earrings weighing 2gm each etc.

Suspected thieves allegedly broke the lock of main door and entered into the house, the ornaments were kept inside a suitcase.

Police has lodged the FIR and started investigation.
