2 Arrested under Arms Act

The Ambamata Police have arrested an accused under the Arms Act after a Pistol and four live bullets were found from the person.

Nizamuddin, resident of Raza Colony was arrested on March 26th afternoon. Police arrested Nizamuddin and seized a Pistol with four live bullets that were found on his person.

On initial interrogations, the accused revealed that he had purchased the Pistol from a man named Vishnu Sen for Rs. 20000.  The Police started the search for Vishnu, and he too was arrested on Wednesday morning by the Ambamata Police.
