2 Men arrested for selling fake Gold Biscuits
Two members of a notorious ‘Tatlo’ gang of Haryana were arrested today by Pratapnagar police after they tried to sell fake gold biscuits for Rs. 5 lac to a UIT Patwari. Police has recovered four mobile phones, three fake gold biscuits and Rs.2 Lac cash, that were paid by patwari in advance, from the accused.

Police has recovered four mobile phones, three fake gold biscuits and Rs.2 Lac cash, that were paid by patwari in advance, from the accused.
Mannan Khan of Mevat and Ali Jahan Khan from Behma village of Haryana came into contact with a UIT Patwari Kailashchand Jain a few days ago. The duo convinced Patwari to buy the gold biscuits for Rs. 5 Lac and demanded Rs.2 Lac in advance before the final deal. After giving Rs. 2 Lac, Jain became suspicious about the duo and reported to police. Acting swiftly on the complaint, a special team was made under the direction of Deputy Anant Kumar to nab the accused.
Today, after receiving a tip from an informer, police team made a trap at Pratapnagar area and arrested both Mannan and Ali Jahan. After initial interrogation, police came to know that both the men belong to “Tatlo Gang” of Haryana and were involved in many offences.
Police is also contacting their peers in Haryana to get more details of the accused.
According to S.P Hariprasad Sharma, arrest of both conman will lead them to other members of the gang too.
