Moving another step forward while investigating the firing held on a businessman in 2009, Udaipur police has arrested one of the culprits who provided arms to the prime accused. who later gave it to the shooters.

Himmat Nath, who was absconding since 15th April 2010 when his name was revealed by Azam, prime accused in giving ‘supari’ of a property dealer Kanhaiya Lal Kumawat.   While under custody of Police, Azam confessed to buying weapons from Himmat Nath.

Himmat Nath was arrested from his house at Amet, he has been sent to remand till 13 August.

According to police, two people Sanju and Umar were arrested for attacking the property dealer. “They confessed Azam’s name as prime conspirator and through Azam we reached Himmat Seth” said a police officer.
