Acting swiftly over the incidence of crime, the city police arrested three people within few hours after they looted a car from Goverdhan Vilas area yesterday. The accused were caught from Jhadol while they were trying to leave the city.

As per the information provided by police, the accused Sikandar Harijan, Dilip Meena and Laxman Vaishnav looted a tavera car from Goverdhan Vilas.

The trio first thrashed the driver Atul Lohar and tied him inside the car. Later they moved towards Balicha and dumped the driver in an abandoned place before fleeing with the car.

The victim driver somehow managed to inform Goverdhan Vilas Police and the barricading was laid in all entries and exits of the city. As per the information provided by the victim, the police started searching for the accused and caught them within 2 hours of the crime.

According to the police, the investigation is started and more cases of loot are likely to get disclosed.
