3 arrested for robbery and murder
Three people were arrested for murdering an old age man and robbing Rs.1 Lac cash from the victim’s house. The incident took place at Village Batherda (Kheroda) on the night of 22nd June.

The accused Praveen Menaria, Manoj Menaria and Rajesh Menaria were arrested while another accused Radheshyam Menaria is still absconding.
The accused entered in the house of victim 80-year-old Bhanwarlal Jain and handcuffed him and his wife before looting the cash and jewelry. During loot, the accused put pieces of clothes in the mouths of Bhanwarlal and his wife and due to suffocation Bhanwarlal died.
Police Superintendent Ajaypal Singh Lamba had made special investigation team and nabbed 20-year-old Praveen Menaria from nearby village of Mavli Dangiyan.
S. P informed, “During interrogation, Praveen revealed the names of his associates Manoj Menaria (21) of Menar village and Radheshyam alias Raju Menaria of Bathera village and Rajesh Menaria of Vana village. Manoj and Rajesh were arrested from their hideouts while Radheshyam is still at large.”
Manoj Menaria had made the plan of robbery as he was going abroad and needed money. The accused targeted Bhanwarlal Jain as the couple used to live alone and kept huge sum of cash.
Police also informed that all the accused have no past records of crime. During interrogation, the accused also revealed that they previously stole Rs.1 lac from the same house but no police report was given by Bhanwarlal Jain.
