3 Injured in a Petrol Pump Robbery
Three people were injured in an assault by unknown robbers who looted more than one lakh rupees from a petrol pump situated at Iswal- Haldi Ghati Road on Sunday morning. Gogunda Police has registered the case and started investigation. All injured were admitted to MB Hospital.
Three people were injured in an assault by unidentified robbers who looted more than one lakh rupees from a petrol pump situated at Iswal- Haldi Ghati Road on Sunday morning. Gogunda Police has registered the case and started investigation. All injured were admitted to MB Hospital.
According to police, the petrol pump, Kamla Filling Station was attacked by nearly half a dozen masked robbers on the night between 1-2 Dec. Petrol Pump Manager Shiv Kumar and two guards were on-duty when the incident occurred.
The manager and guards were physically assaulted by robbers who fled, after robbing Rs. 1 Lac 6 Thousand in cash.
The injured employees informed the owner of petrol pump Mukesh, resident of Ayad who reached the spot and rushed victims to the hospital. A police complaint was lodged by the owner.
Robbers were driving in a car. The injured victims included manager Shiv Kumar and guards Prabhu Nath and Suresh Vaishnav.
