30-year-old Property Dealer Missing
A missing person report has been lodged at Pratap Nagar Police of an Udaipur based property dealer yesterday on 26 May. The property dealer, 30-year-old Amit Gangwani who is a resident of 5 Saket Nagar, Pratap Nagar has been missing since 21st May, 2012.

A missing person report has been lodged at Pratap Nagar Police of an Udaipur based property dealer yesterday on 26 May. The property dealer, 30-year-old Amit Gangwani who is a resident of 5 Saket Nagar, Pratap Nagar has been missing since 21st May, 2012.
According to the police, Amit had contacted his father Arjun Gangwani on 21st May at 10.30 pm and asked him to bring some of his cloths in a suitcase as he has to go to Jaipur for some work urgently.
It was on 21st May that his father met him last at Udiapol Bus Stand. Amit has remained out of contact and his cell phone is switched off.
According to a local daily, a letter written by Amit was found from his home which mentions his financial problem, stating that he is under heavy debt from an unknown money launderer.
After several failed attempts to reach Amit by phone, his family members lodged a Missing Persons’ compliant in the police station.
According to the police, Arjun Gangwani and his family members were unaware of the fact that Amit had borrowed a huge amount of money from someone and was under severe mental pressure for the past few days.
The police have started their investigation into the matter and are trying to trace Amit’s current location.
Correction: it’s Amit Gangani and not Gangwani.
