Hiran Magri Police arrested 5 accused including a history sheeter of the area and seized a car. All accused were involved in a sword attack which took place on 11^th May at Savina area.

Accused Shaitan Singh Devda (24) and Nirmal Sahu (21) of Bank Wali Gali Savina, Ishwar Singh Devda (21) of Matt, Savina and Shiv Singh Devda (24) of Goverdhan Villas area were arrested by police today afternoon from the Savina Railway crossing while they were passing from the area.

Acting upon the tip of the information provided by the sources, a team of Hiran Magri police followed a car (Ford Figo) of the accused and nabbed them, as per SHO Hiran Magri Police Station, Vradhi Chand.

Victim of the attack, Chandra Prakash Suthar sustained severe injuries after being attacked by the accused while he was returning to his house from nearby temple, said police.

According to police, Shaitan Singh is a History Sheeter of Hiran Magri police station and have number of cases registered against him.
