7 Nabbed for Gambling

In an operation directed by Hariprasad Sharma, Superintendent of Police, Udaipur, 7 lads who were found to be gambling at a farmhouse at Badi Road were arrested by a special Police Team led by Radmal Lal, Circle Inspector yesterday evening.

According to the Police, the team of Police officials raided Tarewan Farmhouse, Badi Road on the basis of a tip by their sources and arrested 7 individuals for gambling with the stakes of Rs 32,400.

The Police in the raid seized the cash and other gambling equipment.

The accused are Jiliptus S/O Jamil Hussain, resident of Navratna Complex; Rajendra S/O Dau Lal Sen, resident of Nani Gali; Rajendra S/O Ganpat Singh, resident of Badgaon; Lalit Singh S/O Shambhu Singh, resident of University Road; Bherulal S/O Jagdish Chaudhry, resident of Debari; Raju S/O Jagannath, resident of Ayad and Madan Singh S/O Chatrabhurj Chaudhry who lives near the Glass Factory.

The case was registered at the Ambamata Police Station.
