Police has arrested the absconding key accused involved in an incident of kidnapping and robbing two courier boys last year who had gold ornaments weighing around 2kg.

Four people have already been arrested for the crime and 300gms gold ornaments and Rs.2.18 Lac has bee recovered from them.

The main accused Daulatram Mewara was arrested from Jodhpur by Special Police team and handed over to Goverdhan Vilas Police, Udaipur. The incident took place on 9^th Jan 2013 when two courier boys were kidnapped and robbed;. Later the boys were rescued from Gujarat.

Daulatram is said to have most of the money. In the initial interrogation, he confessed the crime and also accepted to possess the looted jewelries. However police has yet to recover the valuables.
