A bike thief who was absconding since last 5 years was arrested today by Hiran Magri police.

Rama Meena of Mandavi village was wanted in a case of bike theft which was registered by Bhanwar Lal Gameti of Fanda village in 2009 against two labors for theft. They were working at his under construction house. Police had arrested an accused Bheru Meena and on his information police had recovered the bike but another accused Rama was absconding.

Later police got a warrant against Rama under section 37 of police act and started searching for him. Since then, for last 5 years police raided various places to nab him.

Today the Circle Inspector of Hiran Magri police station, Vradhi Chand got a tipoff that the accused Rama was seen at his house. On the information of the sources the team of cops raided his house and arrested him.
