Absconding prisoner found in Gujarat
A prisoner absconding from Udaipur’s Kotra Jail since 2012 was found in a small village of Gujarat where he was living with different identity and working as a farmer.
A prisoner absconding from Udaipur’s Kotra Jail since 2012 was found in a small village of Gujarat where he was living with different identity and working as a farmer.
The accused Kantilal Bhagora of Mandwa Village, Kotra was arrested in year 2012 under charges of murdering his relative. After few months in Jail, Kantilal somehow managed to escape and was hiding at different places.
The police team from Panarwa Police Station was continuously searching Kantilal. During the search, Police received information about the accused living in Ambla, a small village of Gujarat with a different identity. He changed his name from Kantilal Bhagora to Kantilal Patel and also adopted local customs.
During these years Kantilal settled guava farming business in Ambla. He was arrested and brought back to Kotra Jail in tight security.
