The Station Head Officer (SHO) of Bhinder Police Station, who was absconding since 14th March under charges of alleged bribery, has surrendered  before the Anti Corruption Bureau, Udaipur today.

SHO Subhash Jhangir ( encircled) also confessed to demanding Rs. 11,500 from a person named Shyamlal Gurjar and asked his subordinate Manohar Singh ASI to collect the money on his behalf.

Jhangir will be produced in court, while the ACB has started investigating the case.
