One of the members of Akhil Bhartiya Vidhyarthi Parishad of Udaipur has lodged a report against the University President and NSUI member Himanshu Choudhary for assaulting and abusing him on Monday morning at Vice Chancellor’s office of Mohan Lal Sukhadia University.

The victim Ajay Acharya, ABVP member said that when he went today to V.C’s office to talk to him on various issues with many other representatives of the group, he was abused by University President Himanshu.

Victim further informed the cops that the whole scene occurred in front of Vice Chancellor and also got recorded in the CCTV camera, said police.

The scene occurred Monday morning at around 11 am when few of the ABVP representatives including the victim went to University compound to demonstrate their agitation against the Commerce College Dean. After the demonstration, they went inside the V.C’s office to meet him where NSUI representatives including University President came in.

Police has started investigation of the matter after receiving report from the victim.
