A case of fraud is registered by two people after knowing that the accused of the fraud himself had lodged a complaint of kidnapping and extortion against them at Surajpol Police Station.

The incident of cross cases came to light today when Ishwar Singh and Vijay (in photo above) received call from police station that they both have become accused of kidnapping, assault and extortion after a complaint was lodged by Fateh Singh.

Annoyed by the complaint, Ishwar Singh reached Police Station and lodged case of fraud against Fateh Singh who allegedly took Rs.7.5 Lacs from him and Vijay for getting jobs in government department.

The deal was finalized in May 2012 when Ishwar Singh claimed to give Fateh the amount but since then, both of them didn’t get any job in government department. According to Ishwar, he was continuously demanding Fateh to return their money.

In the last meeting which was held on 23^rd Dec, Fateh Singh promised both Ishwar and Vijay to give their money on 25^th Dec but he lodged a false FIR against both for kidnapping him, beating and extorting Rs.8 Lac.

Ishwar Singh alleged that Fateh Singh cheated both of them by taking money and now by lodging false case. He is trying to save himself from returning Rs.7.5 Lacs.

Police has started the investigation on the basis of reports lodged by both parties.
