Last year in May 2011, a case was registered against Rajkumar Yadav, an Advocate and his two of his acquaintances at Hathipol Police station for creating obstructions in an official work of Police Sub Inspector.

After a thorough investigation on the case, Yadav was arrested by the Police today and presented in the Udaipur Sessions Court for a hearing. He was bailed out later.

According to the Police, Yadav and his associates had a row with the then Sub Inspector of Hathipol Police Station, Gajendra Singh. An FIR was lodged against him and Baghwan Lal and Banwari Lal. Both of his associates were arrested then and an investigation was initiated against Yadav.

Govardhan Lal, Circle Inspector, Hathipol informed that in the row that happened last year, the accused had allegedly manhandled the sub inspector.
