An incident of firing came to light last night at a wedding reception in Pushp Vatika, Ambamata. No casualties have been reported as the intended victim of the attack, Mohammad Shaheen Silavat, resident of Raza Colony closely escaped the alleged attack.

According to close sources, the attack was an outcome of a personal hostility between both the parties.

In the complaint registered by Mohammad Shaheen, he blamed a person named Shaheen alias Raja Babu for firing on him after a heated argument broke out between the two of them at the wedding reception.

The Police have started the investigations and are hunting for the accused who went absconding shortly after the incidence.
